The GSM Help Desk portal is for submitting help desk tickets to the IT Support Department. When creating your ticket, please be precise and direct about the issue or question. You will receive emails pertaining to your ticket and its status.

HOW TO LOGIN:

* Select the "Sign In" button at the top right of the screen

* Then click "Sign In With Azure." This will take you to a Microsoft sign-in page, now enter your GSM email and password.

* If done correctly, you should be logged in.
