1. Navigate to https://helpdesk.gsmusa.org or the home page 2. Select "Sign In" if not already logged in. 2. If not already logged in, select "Sign in with Azure" and log into your GSM Account. 4. Select "Tickets" in the top right corner 5. Select the appropriate open ticket EXAMPLE OF SAMPLE TICKET THREAD: 6. From here, reference or reply to the ticket.
*Closed/resolved tickets can be located under "Closed" on the tickets page
